Ingredients:

4-6
oz Fish filets (any kind of your favorite
non-oily fish)

tsp.
Worcestershire Sauce |

TBSP.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
|

lemon
|
1/4 |
Stick
of Butter (unsalted butter is best,
but any kind will do) |

This
dish also works well in the microwave.
Follow the recipe as outlined, except
microwave on High for 6 minutes.
You may have to cook two batches
due to the size of some units.

| Procedure:

Sprinkle
Fish Filets liberally (about 2 tsp)
with
Seasoning and set aside. Melt the
butter in a small sauce pan, or
in the microwave. Stir in olive
oil and Worcestershire sauce. Take
a TBSP of the mixture and coat the
broiling pan with it. Place Fillets
in pan side by side and /or end
to end, nut not overlapping. Pour
sauce over fish, and squeeze one
fourth of the lemon over it. Thinly
slice remaining lemon and distribute
over fish. Place in Broiler for
12-15 minutes at 45 degrees until
slight browning occurs, do not overcook.

Serve
with your favorite potato dish and
steamed vegetables. Serves 8.
